Site Operations Accountant

Site Financial Management:

• Record transactions in ERP including accruals and any adjustments entries
• Manage month end closing process for the site and review P&L
• Analyze revenue and cost lines in P&L and provide suggestions - Co-ordinate with operations team to obtain required data to facilitate month end closing
• Generate daily visibility on site KPI s
• Provide cost visibility/breakdown of key cost elements to all stakeholders and suggest cost optimization
• Assist management with Monthly Management Report, Annual budgeting, Cash flow and CAPEX projections

Financial Compliance

• Prepare accruals vs actual reconciliation of expenses month on month
• Review and verify vendor invoices related to the respective site
• Ensure invoices are aligned with contracts, PO s and service agreements

Policies and Procedures

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls

Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations excellence and operations team on cost savings opportunities Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
