Assembling an elite operations team for a major upcoming event in Saudi Arabia, taking place from December 3rd to December 20th, 2025:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all site operations and ensure smooth functioning of teams
Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance across all F&B areas
Implement and monitor operational standards, procedures, and best practices
Supervise staff performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for timely operations
Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP) preferred
