Ensure smooth operation of the units and equipment systems. He shall be responsible for recording daily checks as per recommendation in the supplier manual/technical documents.

Coordinate with site supervisor for the completion of correct daily activities /documents.

Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained, and recommendations are made to site supervisor in case of any spare part or material is required for safe operation of equipment.

Ensure to maintain and provide the maximum plant availability.

Daily inspection of plant equipment & accessories as per define checklist /procedure by site supervisor.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly update with the shutdown summary to site supervisor.

Toolbox talk (TBT) meeting should be followed by Site Supervisor before executing any routine or repair work on site.

Comply with QA / HSE policies, procedures and rules, including site specific.

Ensure to perform Risk assessment for preventive maintenance for any hazards during the work.

To follow start /stop procedure of all equipment as per OEM recommendation & guidelines.

Able to write a shift report, describing & maintaining all the activities being perform in each shift.

To identify & address the abnormal parameter or event to site supervisor & coordinate to fix the issue with team efforts.

Actively participate in troubleshooting, repair and any activity which is required to resolve the site issue.

Ensure to maintain and record site inventory consumption and provide the details to supervisor.

Liaise with Site Supervisor provide the site update.
