Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and supervisors, and ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare material requirement lists based on drawings and BOQs
- Supervise fit-out supervisors and monitor daily/weekly targets
- Ensure timely project handover aligned with client commitments
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical clarifications
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and labor discipline
- Resolve site challenges related to materials, labor, or execution
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates
- Liaise with procurement to ensure timely material delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in interior fit-out / landscaping project management
- Proven experience in interior fit-out / landscaping project management
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and execution methodologies
- Excellent site coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
