Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and testing on façade materials and installation processes.
  • Ensure all site works comply with company standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
  • Document quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their implementation.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection and quality reports to management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control and assurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / relevant discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, with mandatory façade project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of façade construction quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in site inspections, report preparation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional site teams.
