Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily painting and blasting activities at site

Ensure work execution as per project specifications and standards

Coordinate with project engineers, QC inspectors, and client representatives

Monitor manpower deployment and productivity

Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application

Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation

Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

Verify material usage and site resource planning

Support project team in meeting deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical or relevant field) Mandatory

Experience: 15 18 years in Painting (Oil & Gas sector mandatory)

Certification: BGAS Level 2 (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of blasting, surface preparation, and coating systems

Experience supervising large painting crews

Familiar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS)

Strong leadership and site coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple work fronts under tight schedules
