The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. They coordinate the workforce, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities.

Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Maintain daily site records (site diary, attendance, progress reports).

Resolve site issues promptly and escalate when needed.

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition.

Report progress and site updates to management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in site supervision (2 5 years typically required).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with construction methods and materials.

Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
