Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire site and supervise the construction workers daily
  • Monitor inventory of site materials, supplies, and equipment; make purchases within site budget
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standard procedures while complying with legal regulations.
  • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
  • Use construction management computer applications
  • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, worker,s and clients, representing the owner or developer
  • Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 03 years of interior fit-out experience of total 06+ years of relatable construction experience.
  • Diploma, B.E, B. Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Related experience in India is must. Previous GCC experience would be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
