Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the team at multiple sites, and also, installation, termination, configuration, and maintenance of IP Video Surveillance (CCTV), Access Control (ACS), and related ELV/ICT systems in compliance with MOI-SSD guidelines under the supervision of the Site or Project Manager. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and good knowledge of MOI-SSD Guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Teams and Various Projects at site Simultaneously.
• Should be capable to go to a location and trouble shoot the Issues in the Network, CCTV, ACS.
• Install, terminate, and test cabling for IP CCTV systems (UTP, Fiber Optic, Power).

• Mount and connect IP cameras, NVRs, servers, and other security devices.

• Perform basic configuration of network devices and security equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security system components.

• Installation and supervision of ELV/ICT systems like Active, passive components structure cabling and network infrastructure.

• Material management, Store management, Team management, site supervision management.

• Maintain site drawing under the supervision of Project Engineer/manager and team player.

• MS office and daily reports to the site engineer and project manager.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on-site.

• Follow technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.

• Ensure all installations meet MOI-SSD technical requirements.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Provide support during system testing and commissioning.

• Performed other qualified task as assigned and required.

• Complete daily work reports and documentation accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Diploma (DAE) or ITIin Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

· 3–6 yearsof hands-on experience in CCTV, ACS, or ELV system installation and maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, and VMS platforms.

· Proficient in crimping, terminating, and testing network and power cables.

· Familiarity with MOI-SSD standards is a strong advantage.

· Capable of using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Proficient in MS Officefor reporting and documentation.

· Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

· Basic Englishrequired for technical communication.
