Roles & Responsibilities

Lifcon – Life Connection Contracting Co. Ltd. is looking for experienced HDD

(Horizontal Directional Drilling) Site Supervisors to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

� Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day HDD site operations and ensure project timelines are met
  • Oversee civil engineering aspects of drilling, trenching, and utility installation
  • Coordinate with project managers, operators, and labor teams
  • Ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with project specifications
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in HDD projects / utility infrastructure works
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery operations related to HDD
  • Preference for candidates already present in Saudi Arabia
  • Transferable Iqama will be an added advantage
  • � Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or civil engineering.

• At least 2 years of proven experience working on GCC petroleum industry leaders.

• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, project execution workflows, and documentation practices.

• Good communication skills with high proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
