• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers and team members effectively.
• Ensure all construction work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and report to management.
• Inspect and review all construction work for quality assurance and control.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate records of project status and progress.
• Identify project risks and provide swift solutions to avoid project delays.
• Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Oversee logistics and supervise the ordering and delivery of construction materials.
• Communicate with contractors and ensure they understand project specifications.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary site permits and approvals.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and post-construction evaluations.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately.
• Flexibility to work on-site at various locations and adapt to changing schedules.
