Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and incident reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision or a related field within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven ability to manage on-site teams .
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
