Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
Coordinate and oversee the work of on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and equipment usage.
Enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure working environment.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders regarding site updates.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow continuity.
Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of proven experience in site supervision or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
Proficient in using site management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs.
