Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervising the execution of all finishing works.
- Overseeing the implementation of electrical and plumbing works.
- Ensuring that all works are executed according to the dimensions and levels indicated in the drawings, and verifying them against actual site conditions.
- Monitoring workers and technicians, and inspecting all completed works to ensure compliance with specifications and the project schedule.
- Strong knowledge of on-site safety procedures.
- Full understanding of all technical aspects required for construction supervision.
- Solid practical experience in supervising all types of finishing works and electromechanical activities.
- Professional communication and management skills when dealing with workers, technicians, and contractors.
