Site Supervisor – Floor Coating Works Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all activities related to floor coating works, ensuring project completion within quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor daily floor coating activities at the site. • Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow. • Ensure proper surface preparation before coating application (cleaning, grinding, repairing, priming). • Oversee mixing and application of floor coating materials (epoxy, PU, protective coatings, etc.). • Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to specifications and project standards. • Maintain daily site reports & DPR , material usage logs, and manpower records. • Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly handled. • Enforce site safety rules and regulations; report incidents immediately. • Communicate progress, issues, and requirements to the project manager. • Assist in resolving technical or site-related challenges. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in floor coating, epoxy, PU, or similar finishing works. • Strong knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and surface preparation. • Ability to read drawings and understand work specifications. • Good leadership and team supervision skills. • Strong communication and reporting abilities. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Basic computer skills for daily reporting (preferred). Education: • Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). • Relevant certification in coating application is an advantage.
