Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities ensuring full HSE compliance and adherence to approved plans, ITPs, and method statements. Lead teams executing structural, E&I, HVAC, and architectural installations while managing manpower allocation, productivity, and timesheets. Review drawings, work packs, and ensure material and tool availability. Conduct toolbox talks and first-line inspections with QC. Monitor progress, report deviations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to avoid clashes. Maintain permits, checklists, and progress records. Support as-built updates, constructability reviews, and planning. Assist in Mechanical Completion documentation, commissioning activities, and ensure timely closure of punch items for successful project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 12–15 years’ experience supervising installation works in oil & gas, marine, or modular fabrication projects.
Competent in reading drawings and understanding E&I and mechanical interfaces.
Trained in site safety supervision (SSS or equivalent).
Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
