Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for aluminium and glass works
- Manage installers, foremen, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, and main contractor
- Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status
- Ensure quality control for aluminium profiles, glass, fittings, and sealants
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Check materials delivered to site and report shortages or damages
- Attend site meetings and inspections when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong site coordination skills
Hands-on experience in façade, windows, doors, and glass installations
Strong knowledge of Aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, glass partitions
Good communication and leadership skills
Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred
Basic knowledge of safety standards
Immediate joiners preferred
