Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead technicians & daily onsite activities
Ensure quality, timelines, and smooth execution
Coordinate schedules, tasks, and workflow
Resolve technical & construction issues promptly
Ensure all work aligns with AV installation plans
Conduct site walk-throughs & quality checks
Communicate with contractors & project managers
Track labor, materials & equipment usage
Support reports, punch lists & close-out
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years UAE experience in interior, AV, or technical site supervision
Strong onsite technical knowledge
Ability to read drawings & manage teams
UAE driving license preferred
