Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site works, subcontractors, and labor.
  
• Ensure site execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
  
• Report site progress, challenges, and solutions to Project Manager.
  
• Monitor material deliveries and usage.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
• 5+ years site supervision experience in Dubai interiors/fit-out.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes.
• Ability to handle multiple subcontractors.
