Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site works, subcontractors, and labor.
- Ensure site execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
- Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Report site progress, challenges, and solutions to Project Manager.
- Monitor material deliveries and usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
- 5+ years site supervision experience in Dubai interiors/fit-out.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes.
- Ability to handle multiple subcontractors.
