Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed as per project plans and standards.
- Monitor daily progress and report updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures on-site.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and resolve site issues.
- Maintain daily site records, including work logs, material usage, and safety reports.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.
- Assist in obtaining necessary work permits, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for material deliveries and site requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience not mandatory (UAE experience preferred).
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety protocols, and project execution is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle site challenges effectively.
