Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Effectively manage and allocate the site team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor resource allocation and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality work standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and organize site teams efficiently.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proven track record of managing fit-out projects effectively.
A Driving License is an advantage.
