Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare and manage project reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and incident reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to prevent project delays.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills to maintain workflow and team morale.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and labor hours for effective project tracking and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
Fluency in English and a second language, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts, creating a harmonious work atmosphere.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision, demonstrating a proven track record in managing projects.
