Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and project schedules. Monitor and control manpower, materials, and subcontractors on site. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants. Project Coordination Ensure materials are available on time as per site requirements. Report site progress, delays, or issues to the project team regularly. Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve on-site technical matters. Support installation and handover processes. Health, Safety & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations on-site. Conduct tool-box talks and ensure usage of PPE by all site personnel. Report accidents, near-misses, or violations immediately. Team Management Supervise skilled and unskilled labor and ensure efficient use of manpower. Guide and train workers to maintain work quality and efficiency. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of site staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field. Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in Interior fit-out. Must have prior GCC experience, especially in Dubai and/or KSA projects. Strong knowledge of site supervision, execution, safety regulations, and materials. Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly. Familiar with local labor laws, safety standards, and site protocols. Willing to travel or relocate to Saudi Arabia.
