Supervise and coordinate all on-site finishing and decor activities to ensure work is completed according to design specifications and project timelines.

• Monitor daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for client review.
• Manage and motivate on-site teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maximize productivity.
• Oversee the installation of decorative elements, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring precision and quality.
• Identify and address potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all finishing work is completed within budget and in accordance with project schedules.
• Facilitate client site visits and provide clear communication regarding project status and next steps.

Minimum of 3 years experience in site supervision, specifically in finishing and interior decor projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for construction sites.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Proficient in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.
