Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure construction activities are executed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Monitor site safety practices, enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety briefings.
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
Report project progress, site issues, and resource needs to project managers and senior engineers.
Resolve on-site challenges promptly, including technical issues, resource allocation, and scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, attendance, and incident reports.
Ensure all construction activities are performed within budget and time constraints.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site efficiency and project outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of proven experience in site supervision within the construction or real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices.
Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to flexible schedules as project demands require.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address site challenges efficiently.
Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools is an advantage.
