Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor with strong experience in ducting work and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of MEP, civil works, and general site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for HVAC and ducting projects
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, standards, and safety requirements
• Support installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC systems
• Report daily progress and site issues to management
• Assist with basic MEP and civil-related tasks when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and ducting site supervision
• Good understanding of MEP and civil works
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks on-site
• Must have a valid driving license (Oman or any GCC country)

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with VRF, package units, and chilled water systems

Location: Oman

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Can be negotiable based on experience
