Technical & Project Expertise

• Must have hands-on experience in HVAC, MEP, and Civil maintenance/execution works.

• Review work requirements, assign tasks to technicians based on specialization (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, etc.)

• Support project estimation, material listing, and technical coordination.

• Ensure work quality and compliance with technical standards.

Operational & Manpower Management

• Supervise daily labor and technician workforce.

• Conduct toolbox talks & ensure safety procedures.

• Provide guidance and technical instructions to workers.

• Monitor work progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Reporting & KPI Management

• Submit daily and weekly progress reports.

• Track labor performance and KPIs per month/quarter.

• Maintain attendance, productivity records & task completion logs.

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with in-house project/maintenance teams, procurement, and subcontractors.

• Follow up subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery.

• Arrange resources and report material requirements.

Sales & Client Interaction

• Conduct client site visits & assess job scope.

• Prepare work estimates & support quotation process.

• Generate leads and secure new business (incentives provided).

Communication & Mobility

• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and teams.

• Must have an Oman/GCC driving license.

• Prefer to understand Arabic and be fluent/good in English.

• Good network and market knowledge preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in supervision in the HVAC, MEP, Civil, or related fields.

· Mandatory: a person with extensive experience in HVAC, particularly in the execution of maintenance, installation, ducting, and project leadership.

· Strong technical understanding of building & facility services

· Manpower management & reporting skills

· Estimation and client coordination experience

· Good communication & leadership capability

· Good person in convincing others and doing sales (whenever required)

· Most of the work, as per the description, will be around 80 -90 % on-site, and the others can be office, as per management needs
