Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Carry out accurate on‑site measurements and surveys for façade works.

  2. Verify actual site conditions against design, shop, and IFC drawings and report any discrepancies.

  3. Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

  4. Prepare detailed survey reports, setting‑out drawings, and related documentation.

  5. Ensure all measurements comply with approved specifications, tolerance limits, and safety standards.

  6. Provide accurate survey data and setting‑out support to façade installation teams.

  7. Assist in resolving site‑related technical issues impacting façade installation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying or a related discipline.

  2. Minimum 3-5 years of site experience in façade or aluminium works.

  3. Strong understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminium systems.

  4. Proficient in surveying tools and equipment such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.

  5. Good knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and shop drawings.

  6. High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills.

  7. Good coordination and communication abilities.

  8. Experience working on high‑rise or large‑scale façade projects will be an added advantage.
