Responsibilities:
Oversee all technical aspects of the site operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Develop and implement technical plans, schedules, and workflows.
Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards and specifications.
Monitor progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for technical coordination.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
Optimize resource utilization and manage technical budgets efficiently.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
Proven experience in site management or technical supervision in construction, industrial, or project-based environments.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
