Roles & Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Borewell Operator involves the expert management of drilling equipment to create water wells or geological test holes. Because this role requires precision and technical awareness, the selected candidates must handle heavy machinery while adhering to strict safety protocols on-site. Furthermore, operators oversee the maintenance of drill bits and hydraulic systems to ensure consistent project progress. Since the UAE climate presents unique environmental challenges, the employer seeks individuals who can maintain productivity in demanding outdoor conditions while maintaining the structural integrity of the borehole.
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 2,500, which converts to approximately LKR 215,000 based on current exchange rates.
