Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • involves performing manual tasks requiring some specialized skill, assisting tradespeople (like carpenters, plumbers, electrician , Technicians) with site prep, maintenance, and construction, operating tools/light machinery, and ensuring safety, requiring physical fitness, tool proficiency, and teamwork in fast-paced environments. Duties range from digging, pouring concrete, and painting to flooring, electrical, and plumbing support, demanding adherence to safety protocols and strong communication

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Previous experience in construction or relevant training is beneficial.

    • Technical Skills: Ability to use various hand and power tools, knowledge of basic

    construction principles.

    • Physical Abilities: Stamina, strength, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift

    heavy materials.

    • Soft Skills: Teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, ability to follow

    instructions, and problem-solving.

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent often preferred
