Team Leader/ Fitter /Door Maker / Fabricator Glass World Facade Industries L.L.C.

We are seeking a Skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our glass works. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a team toward delivering high-quality workmanship on time and within project specifications.

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and installers in glass and aluminium works.

• Analyse, and work from technical drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate the fabrication, cutting, and assembly of glass and aluminium components.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions on-site.

• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress and requirements.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
