Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager in supervising all printing and packaging operations.
Plan and schedule production jobs according to delivery timelines.
Conduct regular quality checks to minimize errors and production rejections.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure production schedules align with customer requirements.
Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Troubleshoot minor issues in Offset and Digital Printing machines.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, or related field
Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery.
Good understanding of production planning and quality control.
Ability to handle shop-floor operations efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
