Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Forecasting of Jobs and Skills (GPEC):
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the GPEC according to the guidelines of the UO.
Analyze skills needs and anticipate changes in jobs and staffing levels.
develop action plans to address the identified needs.
2- Participate in project management:
Participate in the management of HR projects and in the development of job and skills frameworks.
Working closely with project teams to ensure the smooth running of initiatives.
3- Develop career management tools:
Contribute to the development of career management tools and monitor their deployment.
Supporting agents in their professional development and helping them define their career goals.
4- Collaborate with the IT team:
Working with the IT development team to ensure the proper functioning of HR applications.
Ensure the optimization of digital tools dedicated to skills and career management.
