Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Skin Technician to provide high-quality skincare treatments and services to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skin types, treatments, and products, with a focus on delivering excellent client experience and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skincare services including facials, clean-ups, skin analysis, and basic to advanced treatments
Consult with clients to understand skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and products
Operate skincare equipment (if applicable) and ensure proper usage
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety
Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after each session
Keep track of client history and treatment records
Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques
Upsell skincare services and retail products
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Beauty Therapy
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Skin Technician / Skin Therapist
Good knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and skin types
Strong customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and client-focused approach
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must have UAE Valid Driving License.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced skincare treatments and machines
Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards
Ability to recommend personalized skincare routines
