1. Perform design drafting services for all types of drawings and documents br>available in Company utilizing both manual and automated drafting request br>system. br>2. Prepare, Develop and Create all discipline drawings, documents and br>database for Company Asset Information using latest design drafting br>applications such as Smart Plant Enterprise, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS br>application, MS Office etc. br>3. Regularly update the existing site plan drawings with correct scaling and br>detail matching and carry out minor modifications as and when required. br>4. Prepare, update and maintain drawings into Smart Plant P&ID, Smart Plant br>Instrumentation, Smart Plant Electrical, Smart 3D, AutoCAD and MicroStation br>applications. br>5. Preparation of drawings proposals as per red line mark-up received from br>Business users. Prepare drawings for Project Technical Bid documents. br>6. Check, correlate and record measurements; make freehand drawings or field br>sketches to ensure dimensional and factual accuracy of prepared drawings br>in line with international and company standard codes and practices. br>7. Design and draft detailed working drawings based on approved preliminary br>sketches of company and manufacturer s drawings including but not limited br>to, foundations, elevations, profiles, section details, site plans, sewage and br>plumbing features, equipment and piping layout. br>8. Update, maintain, publish and Integrate Smart Plant and Non Smart Plant br>documents and drawings into Smart Plant Foundation. br>9. Perform site visit and verification to check and confirm the drawings and br>document in As-built status. br>10. Assign tag numbers to new Assets for all types of Projects with Operation and br>Maintenance end-user approval. br>11. Prepare and circulate drawing packages for comments and approval. br>12. Incorporate the comments and prepare final drawings using automated or br>manual workflow process (ECM/SAP). br>13. Update and compile master drawings/document after receiving Project br>Drawings drawings/documents. br>14. Check & review projects drawings, documents and database as per br>Company Asset Information standards, procedure and specifications. br>15. Update the existing drawings through site coordination and verifications.

16. Plotting and Scanning of Drawing and Documents. br>17. Assist Engineers in preparation of reports, schedules, engineering drawings, br>construction drawings etc. br>18. Coordinate with other section engineers & technicians for drawings and br>documents updates and modifications. br>19. Ensure Project / Engineering documents and drawings are in accordance with br>company standards, and all drawings/documents related to projects / br>modifications shall be properly stored and filed. br>20. Maintain all records and reference manuals in drawing office for ready br>reference. br>21. Prepare indexes for the files including but not limited to ; drawings, technical br>documents, construction purchase orders, vendor prints, Engineering br>standards and other technical manuals, as well as drawing copies as br>required. br>22. Support in Smart plant Database Audits and Database transmittal review. br>23. Support to resolve the Technical Query and Issue logs arising for all types of br>Projects and coordinate with End-User or respective Engineers. br>24. Regular coordination with maintenance, operations, technical services and br>HSE at sites for drawings and document related work. br>25. Prepare and provide inputs to progress reports for company management. br>26. Provide critical documents and drawings during crisis management. br>27. Comply with Asset Information standards, procedures, specifications, br>guidelines etc. during performing the design and drafting services. br>28. Comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, br>procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
