Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Ensuring quality during the development of projects and new products up to the introduction into serial life in the company while respecting QCD objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers according to customer requirements, standards and LACROIX Electronics standards.
  • Provide technical support to the workshop for the analysis and resolution of quality problems on new products

Desired Candidate Profile

The essentials:

  • Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
  • Significant experience in a similar role within the electronics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the CMS process
  • Knowledge of the IPC-A-610 standard (acceptability of electronic assemblies)
  • IATF standards matrices
  • My mastery of core tools (MSA, MSP, PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
  • Mastery of problem-solving tools
  • Very good level of technical English enabling communication with the Group's sites and international suppliers.

An additional advantage:

Knowledge of continuous improvement methods :

  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Kaizen
  • 5S

Knowledge of computer tools : Microsoft Office tools, SAP
