Roles & Responsibilities
The Snagging Inspector (Electrical Background) is responsible for conducting detailed property inspections focus on MEP services . The role requires identifying defects, and preparing clear, technical, and actionable snagging reports . Should be fluent in English, Able to use the system especially MS office . Valid UAE Driving license is required and available in UAE ready to join immediately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrate strong fluency in spoken and written English for effective technical communication and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, for documentation, data analysis, and report preparation. Available to join within one month from the date of selection. Capable of reviewing, interpreting, and understanding construction drawings, layouts, and specifications. Proven experience in UAE-based building and villa projects, with sound knowledge of local construction practices and standards. Familiar with commonly used inspection tools and equipment relevant to property, snagging, and quality inspections. Able to independently prepare professional inspection and snagging reports, including clear observations, technical descriptions, and corrective recommendations.
