Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Technical assistance level 1 and 2 on security solutions.
- Identify the causes of technical incidents, propose quick and effective solutions, escalate if necessary.
- Regularly monitor open tickets, inform customers of the progress of their requests and guarantee their satisfaction.
- Monitor client platforms to anticipate potential incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Work in coordination with cybersecurity engineers and SOC analysts for the processing of complex incidents.
- Update internal knowledge bases.
- Stay informed of product developments and new cybersecurity threats.
Skills:
- Good basics in Windows/Linux and networks.
- Knowledge or strong motivation to evolve in security (Firewall, SIEM, EDR...).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 in computer science, networking or cybersecurity.
