Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary : We are seeking a Social & Community Marketing Specialist to own content, community, and social growth across our brands. This role is perfect for a hands-on storyteller who can capture cultural moments, craft daily content, and grow authentic communities across Discord, Reddit, TikTok, X, and other platforms. You will be the bridge between our development teams, players, and marketing strategy - translating insights into creative execution that drives engagement and growth. Responsibilities : Plan, edit, and publish daily content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other channels. Create original content formats that tap into cultural moments, gaming trends, and player communities. Support ASO by producing assets such as app store screenshots, preview videos, and social tie-ins. Capture and share behind-the-scenes studio content in collaboration with development teams, where appropriate. Build and manage active communities across Discord, Reddit, and social platforms. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques relevant to game development. Surface community feedback, trends, and player sentiment to inform product and UA strategies. Collaborate with influencers, moderators, and early adopters to amplify reach. Work with UA and marketing teams to test hooks, trends, and new formats. Leverage community insights and analytics to iterate content and strategy. Help define the brand’s tone of voice and ensure consistency across all platforms. Participate in team meetings and provide input on visuals, timelines . Qualifications : 2–4 years’ experience in social media, community management, or content creation (gaming preferred). Proven ability to create, edit, and publish engaging short-form content (portfolio or TikTok/IG links required). Skilled with editing tools such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or equivalents. Strong storytelling instincts: ability to spot hooks, trends, and cultural opportunities. Familiarity with social platform analytics and ability to optimize based on performance data. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with high-output content cycles. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset . Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
