Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Primary Focus):

  • Manage client relationships, including active communication via WhatsApp groups and ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate closely with the graphic design team to ensure smooth content production.
  • Assist in preparing social media strategies in collaboration with team members.
  • Oversee social media management across platforms (Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the production team.
  • Report directly to the Project Manager.

Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Ensure all project deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
  • Undertake project tasks as required and support overall execution.
  • Determine and communicate any necessary project changes.
  • Ensure all projects follow established frameworks and documentation is properly maintained.
  • Assess project risks and issues, and propose solutions when needed.

Meetings & Communication:

  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and necessary materials for meetings.
  • Document key discussions, decisions, and action points.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure progress.
  • Facilitate meetings when required and share minutes with the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in French, English, and Arabic (spoken and written). 1 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role (agency experience is a plus). Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Strong communication skills and ability to manage client interactions professionally. Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of content strategy and planning. Experience coordinating with creative teams (designers, content creators, etc.). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
