Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and digital campaigns for targeted product lines (books, educational products, events, etc.).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarks.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and editors to create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
  • Ensure content reflects brand tone, values, and audience needs.
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure timely content delivery.

3. Community Management

  • Monitor all social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage audience engagement, build online relationships, and maintain a positive brand experience.

4. Campaign Execution

  • Launch paid and organic campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
  • Provide insights, highlight trends, and recommend improvements.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, publishing teams, and agency partners.
  • Support product launches, book fairs, events, and educational initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.

  • 2 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in content, media, publishing, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
