Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and execute effective social media strategies and content calendars for multiple clients.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).

Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Optimize performance through A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.

Manage daily interactions across clients social media platforms (comments, DMs, mentions).

Build and maintain online communities and respond promptly to audience inquiries.

Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance.

Generate detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts for brands or clients.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing media production projects.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in an office environment.
