Roles & Responsibilities

About the Position

This is a 3-month project that can lead to a permanent position. Please note that visa will not be provided during the initial 3-month period. Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to maximize brand exposure, conversions, and engagement. This includes promoting services, job vacancies, and event campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

  • Design and publish recruitment/job posting ads for open vacancies and projects.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

  • Manage ad budgets and ensure return on ad spend (ROAS) goals are met.

  • Work with creative teams to produce high-performing visuals and captions for ad sets.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audience segments for better performance.

  • Stay updated with latest social media algorithms, ad policies, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Experience in creating and managing job posting ads and talent acquisition campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (oral and written).
