Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and ROI.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams for branding, campaigns, and promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
Experience in content creation (video editing skills required).
Understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
