Roles & Responsibilities
The Social Media Assistant will support the brand s growing digital presence, primarily on Instagram. This role involves managing daily posting, engaging with the community, and reformatting pre-existing assets for social media using Canva. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, enjoys structured processes, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Support
- Assist with daily posting on Instagram, ensuring content follows the schedule and brand tone.
- Reformat existing assets using Canva templates and transcripts, maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, and layout.
- Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely, aligned publishing across platforms.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with the social media team to schedule posts, organize content libraries, and track performance.
- Maintain organized systems for digital assets, ensuring efficient campaign preparation and reporting.
Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to comments and direct messages with a friendly, brand-aligned voice.
- Monitor engagement and contribute to community-building through active interaction with followers.
- Support initiatives to strengthen online relationships and encourage ongoing audience participation.

Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally in a junior-level role.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram management and community engagement.
Skills
- Proficient in Canva for editing and adapting pre-designed assets.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of design consistency.
- Ability to follow structured content calendars and brand guidelines.
- Experience managing DMs and online community interactions.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
