Roles & Responsibilities
1- Visual Storytelling: Lead and participate in professional photo and video sessions to produce high-impact Marketing assets.
2- Content Production: Concept and create engaging short-form content tailored for various social media channels.
3- Audience Engagement: Actively interact with our online community through our Lives on TikTok to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.
4- Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with our core branding and promotional goals.
5- Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain a polished and professional digital presence that reflects our company s values and aesthetic.
Desired Candidate Profile
Digital Fluency: A deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm shifts, and effective engagement tactics.
Camera Presence: High levels of confidence and poise in front of the lens, with a natural ability to model for both stills and motion.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills with a "team-first" mentality when working with the rest of the team.
Creative Instincts: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to contribute fresh, innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Adaptability: The capacity to take constructive direction and pivot quickly as content strategies evolve.
Professionalism: A reliable, punctual, and disciplined approach to on-site work.
Background: Prior experience in modeling, social media management, or content creation is highly preferred.
