Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy in coordination with management and sales.
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns (organic & paid) for lead generation, brand building, and community growth.
Create content strategies for the website, blog, newsletter, and social media platforms.
Social Media & Performance MarketingManage and strategically expand our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and potentially TikTok).
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) including budget management.
Build, moderate, and further develop our online community.
Website, UX & SEOOversee the continuous development of our website in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Handle on-page and off-page SEO (keyword strategy, metadata, internal linking, backlink building, and technical SEO in cooperation with developers/agency).
Analyze user behavior (e.g., with Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, heatmaps) and derive optimization measures (landing pages, conversion funnel, forms).
Content & BrandCreate and manage target-group-relevant content (texts, visuals, short videos/reels in collaboration with design).
Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital channels.
Develop and execute campaign ideas for product launches, events, promotions, and employer branding.
Analysis & ReportingContinuously monitor all activities (KPIs, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
Prepare meaningful reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Test, learn, and optimize: A/B testing, experimenting with new formats, platforms, and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Completed degree in marketing, communication, media, business, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in online marketing, performance marketing, or social media ideally on the corporate or agency side.
Excellent knowledge in:
Social media marketing (organic & paid)
SEO and preferably SEA (Google Ads)
Web and campaign analytics (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, reporting tools)
Website optimization and UX fundamentals
Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
Confident use of common tools (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, CMS systems, newsletter tools, and graphic tools such as Canva/Adobe Suite).
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a hands-on mindset.
Excellent command of the German language (C1/C2); English is an advantage.
High degree of responsibility, structured working style, and genuine passion for digital trends.
