Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who has a flair for the creative, a penchant for writing captivating and catchy social media posts and a good attitude to boot! If you fancy yourself such a person and would like to be part of our team, get in touch with us.

Core Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of copy briefs and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Compose and publish engaging posts for various social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Set up social media posts (language, tone, message) according to our target audience s behaviour
  • Select engaging pictures and videos to complement the content
  • Collaborate with the design team to complete creative tasks
  • Manage and update our social media pages with the latest news about our company
  • Facilitate internal teams to create promotional posts for events, job openings, product releases, etc.
  • Analyse data and report on social media insights (e.g., traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Apply advertising methods to boost brand awareness like promotions and competitions
  • Respond to the queries and comments of our followers on social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • Over four years of proven experience working as a Social Media Copywriter, or Senior Copywriter
  • Proficient with social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends) and other relevant tools (e.g., Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ)
  • Well versed with online advertising principles
  • Ability to deliver creative web content
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Should be a team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be creative and able to think out of the box
  • Must be available immediately and living in the UAE
