Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and listings
Produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and posts for daily engagement
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to highlight properties, events, and promotions
Monitor trends and optimize content for reach and engagement
Respond to messages and comments professionally and promptly

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong skills in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing
Understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
