Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Publish content consistently and respond to audience engagement.
  • Develop ideas that match luxury travel trends and audience preferences.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality videos, Reels, transitions, and storytelling edits.
  • Design premium carousels, visuals, and branded templates using Canva and/or Adobe tools.
  • Organize and use existing media, hotel photos, destination footage, and assets to generate compelling content.

Copywriting & Communication

  • Write creative, engaging captions in English & Arabic.
  • Communicate brand messages clearly while maintaining a luxury tone.
  • Adapt content to GCC and Middle Eastern cultural relevance.

Analytics & Insights

  • Track weekly and monthly performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate simple reports with insights to improve future content.
  • Understand platform algorithms and optimize content for reach & engagement.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with CEO, branding teams, tech advisor, and marketing agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Bring new ideas, creative concepts, and fresh perspectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Strong graphic design sense and excellent visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Understanding of GCC / Middle Eastern culture and luxury travel market.
  • Proactive, creative, organized, and able to work independently.
